Aberdeen Standard European Logistics Income PLC, part of Aberdeen Standard Investments has recently purchased the distribution centre located at the Transportweg 23 in Waddinxveen from Combilo Beheer B.V.
The transaction comprises in total approx. 30,000 m² and is leased back by vendor for 15 years via a sale & lease back construction. Combilo is a specialist in the field of import, export, packing and distribution of fresh fruit and vegetables.
The logistic centre has recently been fully renovated and with that a future proof location for Combilo.
Total purchase price for this transaction was € 33 million, Aberdeen Standard Investments was advised by DLA Piper (legal), M2 Real Estate (commercial) and Royal Haskoning DHV (technical). Vendor Combilo Beheer B.V. was advised by Savills (commercial) en Grant Thornton (legal).
