The newly realised distribution centre in business park DC Miles in Waalwijk has been entirely leased to Syncreon.
This high-quality logistics building, built in accordance with the latest specifications for modern and sustainable logistics warehouse space, comprises a gross floor area of approximately 26,932 m², subdivided into approximately 19,930 m² warehouse space, 5,973 m² mezzanine and 1,029 m² office space. Just after the delivery, the distribution center has been fully let to logistics service provider Syncreon.
The distribution centre is located on the business park Haven VII in Waalwijk, and is strategically located with direct access to motorway A59 offer excellent accessibility by truck and car via motorway A59 and the N261 towards Tilburg. Next to that, the inland container terminal (ROC Waalwijk) also allows for access via the river Meuse towards Rotterdam.
