ASELI buys van der Helm warehouse in Den Hoorn

The newly realised distribution centre in business park Harnaschpolder in Den Hoorn was sold to Aberdeen Standard European Logistics Income PLC (“ASELI”), part of Aberdeen Standard Investments.

This tailor-made high-quality logistics building, built entirely in accordance with the latest specifications for modern and sustainable storage, was commissioned by Delin Property and built by Goldbeck Nederland B.V. It has a lettable floor area of ​​approximately 42,600 sq.m., subdivided into approximately 37,420 sq.m. warehouse with 36 loading docks, 4,600 sq.m. mezzanine and 572 sq.m. office space. Since the delivery in December 2019, the distribution center has been fully let to logistics service provider and 4PL player Van der Helm Logistics for a period of 10 years.

The distribution centre is located on the Harnaschdreef in Den Hoorn, between The Hague and Rotterdam, and is strategically located with good access via the A4 (Amsterdam-Rotterdam) and a direct connection to the port of Rotterdam and Schiphol airport.
