EPGF and PostNL have successfully renewed the existing lease agreements for DC Miles, located on business park De Wildeman in Zaltbommel.
This state-of-the-art logistics building, built in accordance with the latest specifications for modern and sustainable logistics warehouse space, comprises a gross floor area of approximately 27,254 m², divided over warehouse, office and mezzanine space. Parties agreed to a new long term lease per mid 2022 for the entire property which was already leased for a short term period to PostNL shortly after the delivery in 2020.
DC Miles Zaltbommel is located on the business park De Wildeman in Zaltbommel, and has excellent accessibility via direct connections to motorway A2, one of the main north-south logistics transport axes of the Netherlands. This business park is strategically located in Rivierenland, the close vicinity of connections to motorway A15 also allows for good connections towards Rotterdam and the Ruhr area.
