Frasers Property Industrial, acting on behalf of FPE Investments RE 28 B.V. have concluded a long term lease agreement for unit A (approx. 50%) of the new developed Frasers Park Roermond property with a renown international logistics service provider.
The tenant will lease unit A, comprising of approx. 16,000 m² of warehouse space, approx. 480 m² of office space and approx. 1,550 m² of mezzanine space combined with 201 car parking spaces and 11 truck parking spaces on own site. The lease is to commence per November 2021 after completion of some additional tenant fit-out works.
After closing of this transaction a little over 50% of the Frasers Park Roermond property has been leased, unit B is (for now) still available for lease.
Frasers Park Roermond is located at the Ringweg 19-21, business park Roerstreek North in Roermond. This location, being close to Venlo (one of the most important European logistic areas) as well as Born (with its large inland barge terminal facilities) offers great possibilities for logistics activities with excellent transport linkages to the A2 and A73 motorways. It also has close proximity to the north of Belgium, and the German Ruhr area with its dense motorway system.
Frasers Property was commercially advised by M² Real Estate and JLL during negotiations with the new tenant.
