GARBE Industrial Real Estate Netherlands B.V has – on behalf of NL Glif II Aalsmeer Coöperatief UA, leased part of their logistics complex GSL I at the Brazilielaan 23 in Aalsmeer to Hellmann Worldwide Logistics BV.
This newly developed modern distribution centre was completed and delivered early 2023 and totals approx. 24,080 m². Hellmann signed a long-term lease for approx. 10,860 m² per Q3 of 2023. The remaining unit of 13,196 m² (total) is still available for lease.
GSL I is part of the Green Square Business Campus which – amongst others – consists of 3 large logistics developments on an excellent accessible location in Aalsmeer next to the exit of the N201 towards Schiphol and motorway A4.
