On behalf of one of their clients (EPF III), Palmira Capital Partner acquires a fully leased industrial complex of 16,500 m² in Rotterdam.
JPG Groenweg from Zwijndrecht has recently sold the industrial complex at Waalhaven Oostzijde to EPF III, an institutional investor. This modern complex has been leased for a long term to Kalmar Netherlands B.V. and is partially subleased to Bilfinger Industrial Services.
JPG Groenweg developed and constructed this complex in 2013 for Kalmar Netherlands B.V. The total complex comprises approximately 16,500 m² and is divided over approx. 5,750 m² warehouse space, 3,500 m² office space and 7,150 m² outer site. The property also has 156 car parking spaces, partly situated on the roof of the warehouse. Next to that the property has a BREEAM Very Good certification.
