Aberdeen Standard Investments has acquired, on behalf of their fund Pemberton S.à.r.l. a new distribution centre development located at the Doornepol in Zaltbommel. Vendor is Hercuton/ Over Engh, who will also be responsible for the construction of the property.
The transaction comprises approx. 27,477 m² and will be developed during 2019 and 2020 with a planned delivery per April 2020. The property is vacant and can be leased both as 2 separate units with own facilities or in total.
